Sessions range from 45 minutes to an hour, and can be conducted in person at your home, business, outdoor space, or any one of our locations in Ashburn, Virginia.

New Client Introduction Package
Three personal training sessions including...

#1 a fitness assessment circuit training workout, with body analytics for goal planning,
#2 cardio kickboxing, and
#3 an upper/lower body combo dumbbell workout.
​
This package is a great way for new clients to get to know their trainer, and learn more about JMK Fitness services.

In Person Training Packages
Whether you want to workout once a week, twice a week or three, JMK Fitness has the right package for you.

Packages are commitments to workout for 4-weeks, and can be extended on a month-to-month basis.
​
Sessions are designed by a certified personal trainer after a fitness assessment has been conducted on your first date of training, along with the collection of body analytics for goal planning.

Virtual Training Packages
For clients that are unable to meet in person, virtual training options are available.

From written exercise plans to daily accountability check in's and motivational text messages, JMK Fitness offers virtual training alone, or combined with other remote services .

Group Training

JMK Fitness offers group training packages for all fitness levels that are more structured by design.

Sessions range from 35 minutes to 50 minutes, and can be conducted in person at your home, business, outdoor space, or any one of our locations in Ashburn, Virginia.

Circuit Training Boot Camps
Boot camps are circuit training workouts that combine varying exercises that have been designed for all fitness levels.

Boot camps are ever-changing and occur within 4-week, 8-week, or 12-week blocks.
​
Each session lasts anywhere between 35 to 50 minutes, and contain nine to twelve workout stations.
​
Boot camps can be conducted privately (participants are selected by an organizer), open to the public (anyone can participate), or virtually.
​
Participants can choose to purchase a single circuit training boot camp session, or a group training package for a discounted rate.

Cardio Kickboxing
Cardio kickboxing is an excellent
aerobic workout that helps to tone the muscles of your arms, legs, and core, while helping you improve coordination and balance.

Not only is cardio kickboxing a great way to burn calories, it also helps reduce stress and builds confidence.
​
It has been classified as one of the best overall cardiovascular exercises because of the profound results, both mentally and physically...and it is a lot of fun!

Each cardio kickboxing session averages 45 minutes, and gloves are provided.
​
Cardio kickboxing can be conducted privately (participants are selected by an organizer), open to the public (anyone can participate), or virtually.
​
Participants can choose to purchase a single cardio kickboxing session, or a group training package for a discounted rate.

Walk to Run Club
Walk to run club will support a community of walkers of all fitness levels and abilities, to work towards the goal of running.

Outside routes will be identified prior to each club session so that all participants know the course. Sessions may also be conducted on treadmills indoors.

Each walk to run club session averages 45 minutes.
​
Walk to run club sessions can be conducted privately (participants are selected by an organizer), open to the public (anyone can participate), or virtually.
​
Participants can choose to purchase a single walk to run session, or a group training package for a discounted rate.
